My Vision
I’ve always envisioned my own therapeutic journey as walking along a path. When the path is challenging and steep, I try to remind myself that with each step, I get closer to a place of peace and self-awareness. As I climb, the mountain reflects my mind's landscape. There are bright, open spaces where I can recognize my strengths, but also shadowed areas where fear and doubt reside. This is where shadow work happens—facing the parts of myself that have been hidden. The moon’s soft light guides me, helping to see what was once in darkness, representing intuition and deeper understanding.
So imagine that your journey begins. As you ascend, the path gets tougher, but the view becomes clearer. You start to see how your experiences, emotions, and thoughts connect. Reaching the summit is not just about getting to the top, it is not the end, but a viewpoint to help you gain a new perspective. From here, you can see how far you've come and how every challenge has shaped you. The moon above, casting its light over the landscape, reminds you that both light and shadow are essential.
