Welcome

I am a practitioner who works with people navigating periods of change, identity shift, and emotional complexity. Much of my work centres on the experiences that arise during life transitions — including motherhood and matrescence, caregiving, hormonal and cyclical changes, grief, burnout, and the sense of becoming someone new.

Working with me:

My approach is grounded, relational, and body-aware. I am especially interested in how emotional distress often makes sense within the context of a person’s life, relationships, and social location, rather than being something to simply manage or eliminate. I believe that many of the challenges we face are not signs of failure, but meaningful responses to responsibility, loss, and change.

I draw on training in therapeutic frameworks, feminist and trauma-informed perspectives, and somatic approaches that emphasize slowing down, listening inward, and working at a pace that respects nervous system capacity. My work values reflection, embodiment, and curiosity, and is shaped by an understanding that growth and integration unfold over time.

Alongside individual coaching sessions, I facilitate group spaces that honour shared experience, cyclical rhythms, and the importance of being witnessed in community. These offerings are particularly meaningful for women who feel isolated in their inner lives or who are seeking ways to mark transition with intention and care.

I currently offer services in a coaching and facilitation capacity and am in the process of continuing my professional training to become a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) here in BC. My work is informed by ongoing learning, supervision, and a commitment to ethical, respectful practice.

Above all, I aim to offer spaces that feel steady, thoughtful, and humane — where my clients can make sense of their experiences, strengthen self-trust, and move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

Please reach out if you have any questions or book in for a consultation with me to see if we are a good fit. If you are in Sooke or Colwood (Vancouver Island, BC) and would like to see me in person please send me a message
